The European Commission has not yet published the final report of the Ecodesign Preparatory study for Lifts.

Regardless whether lifts will be regulated or not, our industry should be able to provide up to date information on ecological performance. But which data and how to collect them?

The request for authorisation and allocation of budget by the ELA Board has been submitted. Possible subsequent involvement of the ELA Statistical Committee.

The focus is mostly on two types of data: "energy consumption" and "material and resource efficiency".
