The European Commission received a total of 23 recovery and resilience plans from: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

The RRF is the key instrument at the heart of Next Generation EU, the EU's plan to emerge stronger from the COVID-19 pandemic. It will provide up to €672.5 billion to support investments and reforms (in 2018 prices). This is divided into grants totaling €312.5 billion and €360 billion in loans.

The RRF will play a crucial role in helping Europe emerge stronger from the crisis and in ensuring green and digital transitions. The Commission will continue to engage intensively with the remaining 4 Member States to help them deliver high quality plans.

ELA is monitoring and assisting the Member Associations upstream and downstream of the official delivery of the national plans.
