VFA-Interlift will again organise a New Apprentices Day for all apprentices of the VFA member companies and for interested school leavers at interlift’19 in Augsburg. The introduction into the world of lifts, a guided tour of the trade show and discussions among apprentices and school leavers will be in focus at that VFA event, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, 18/10/2019. The New Apprentices Day provides an overview of the future-oriented lift industry with core data and a variety of professional opportunities. A brief series of talks prepares the apprentices for the interlift; this is followed by a tour of the show and a visit to the VFA exhibitors to provide first-hand information on products and services relating to lifts. Apprentices will also talk briefly about their training; a lunchtime snack will be served at the VFA exhibition stand.

Participation, including the entrance ticket to the tradeshow, catering and the confirmation of participation are free for apprentices of the VFA member companies.

The VFA New Apprentices Day assists member companies to build long-term ties of loyalty in their apprentices and to demonstrate the attractiveness of the lift industry as a major pillar of SME. In addition to an intense briefing in the future-oriented lift industry, apprentices will be reinforced in their conviction that their apprenticeship with a lift-producing SME was the right choice for them.
